The Crowther Group is excited to report construction is underway on the New Parkland Outpatient Clinic project on the Parkland campus in Dallas, Texas.  The 6-story 524,040 sq. ft  building will include a comprehensive breast care clinic on the lower floors set to open in February 2021, and administrative offices on the upper floors which should complete in Fall 2021.  Members of our community will have access to excellent outpatient care for breast cancer, HIV and other serious health conditions. The $164 million project is also focused on building capacity with diverse and smaller owned business. Bid package #1, which includes site work and utilities, achieved more than 30% MBE participation.
